Drive to create a profit center through Ecommerce across multiple-brands, create user-friendly and engaging digital experiences from website to Instagram to e-blasts.
Essential Functions:
o Develop and implement integrated digital strategies across multiple platforms, including but not limited to site, search, social, CRM, and e-commerce, laddering up to overarching business goals o Create social communication calendars well in advance across multiple brands, but be nimble to capitalize on topical consumer chatter o Manage and inspire agencies and internal partners (possible direct reports) to get engaging and on-strategy content o Understand what it takes to create engaging content that speaks to our consumers (primarily 21-29 relatively equal male/female) o Maintain website and ideate blog content that drives search to ensure SEO wins o Collect customer data and segment audiences based on behavior, interests, and demographics o Drive social strategy and channel planning across channels with expertise in using social to connect touch points throughout the larger brand ecosystem o Develop content creator contracts for programs including identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, management, and reporting o Ability to lead a cross-functional team and bring them together to deliver innovative programs that address business needs o Analyze effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as conversion rates and cost-per-click o Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights o Manage multiple projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and represent portfolio of brands o Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
o Support the growth of digital marketing efforts through great work, exceptional storytelling skills, and thought leadership Education, Knowledge &
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or other business related field highly desired Comfortable with ecommerce tools like Woocommerce, Shopify, Experience with WordPress Have created Ecommerce websites in prior roles Skills and Competencies:
A self-starter who is inspired by the work they do.
Experience with data analysis and report building Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work onsite regularly or semi-regularly Must possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Dependability with a strong work ethic is a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
